It just, uh, you've always trying to keep things relevant. Traffic time. Well, well, it's normal busy again. Uh, you can wait three to five minutes and sometimes you can double that, uh, depending on some of the construction stuff going on around the intersection. Uh, when you make a turn on old Cox, uh, on 100 or at the rec center, uh, and at, um, Cumberland, the size of the roads are still crowded from tree to breeze.

1:21 we still haven't seen any exact timelines from the county or city yet when pickup will be um cumberland and 100 sidewalk has had a big upgrade last week with straw waddles yeah i had to look that up which are those straw looking tubes uh with little posts holding them down all up and down the road from cumberland to walmart and then all the way from there to the rec center they also installed some drainage culverts on the road widening area near the intersection, but they still have more Legos to install there. Once those drains are done, we might see more grading work around that intersection and the road service might actually start beginning to appear to have that turn lane into the schools. There's also been lane closures that have caught some serious backups on Monday, even when school was out. So it will have to get a little worse before it gets better, before they wrap up some of that phase, especially those road closures. Red light update, we still got three. Old Cox Publix and Walmart, we'll eventually get one at City Center entrance and at that Cumberland 100 expansion and intersection upgrade. It'll be interesting to see how those help or hurt the city. City Center, they're still digging around over there. It appears they were doing some utility work from the edge of the road after they did all that other kind of grading work and putting the mulch and all that. So hopefully something cool will start happening soon, but there's still a giant pile of dirt in the back. So until that's gone, it'll be a while.

2:50 We're growing. Well, uh, things are kind of rolling back to normal a little bit. Uh, the state of emergency still continues. They updated that on February 17th this week, um, as they are coordinating the recovery efforts for the ISO storm. Therefore they extended the proclamation. I'm guessing they did this based on the last meeting from the Board of Commissioners, where they, Williamson County Emergency Management was talking about that there's federal and state money that would be coming if the proper declarations were made. And I'm guessing this is to spread things out to make sure they will get reimbursed for the things. But it also seems the city may have to pay some in that. We talked about that last time where it was 75% from the federal government, 25% or 12.5% from the city of state and 12.5% from the city. So I'm not sure we might hear details tonight from the Board of Commissioners meeting. Bowie Park is still closed and it may be going for a while given the number of disrupted trees. They had a post this week showing some of those downed trees. But probably the biggest news of we're growing is Ascension St. Thomas and Dixon Medical Associates are planning to build a new medical campus here in Fairview. Fairview's first ever 24-7 freestanding emergency department will be located within our town limits here. Operated by Ascension, it will provide hospital-like emergency level emergency care as close as possible, even when that minute matters. This is co-located with the Dixon Medical Associates' new outpatient facility. Our services will be part

4:25 of a unified patient there, and I put their press release on here. This new development will be located at the intersection of Fairview Boulevard and Audubon Cove, which after looking at that, It looks like it's going to be the property to the left of that entrance. If you're looking at it from volunteer pools, you can definitely see that. I pulled some of the property records, put that in there. It looks like our outage map for Middle Tennessee Electric can finally be removed because it looks like we're finally back into that. I know we had a power outage for a couple hours this weekend, but I'm sure it was just one random thing. there's still potholes being filled um this week and into there so be be on the lookout there they haven't sent a new update but i've seen them out there from tdot so pay attention to that um the fairview development code meeting is one of them is tonight and then another one on march 5th we'll have to see how that goes houses uh homes for sale it went up from uh 213 last week to 220 and still the highest, $3.495 million for 70 acres and $240,000 priced even more reduced from $250,000.

5:36 So it's went down $10,000 over the past couple months since we started tracking that. And that's for a no acres, two bed, one bath townhome. Town meeting updates. Well, there's been no new meeting since the last update. We covered the planning commission meeting on 2-10-14. but tonight there is a board of commissioners meeting and basically when we look at that agenda we can see basically just kind of the normal meetings and approving the minutes from the board of commission work session and regular session and then we see a board of resolution authorizing the installation of stop signs related to traffic control at the intersection of cleveland and horn tavern this is commissioner buffalini based on all the people speeding and things going on there there's another one that's talking about the signage uh for the city welcome signs and then a another one a new plan to uh i guess update the resolution for the ada transition uh plan so there must be some stuff there there's not really anything in that note from it uh there's another one talking about uh talking about the zoning map and the development code uh and basically I guess approving that officially with the 2026-02. Another ordinance rezoning 5.38 acres from RS-40 to R-20. So stuff more houses into place. Then we see some discussions from

7:06 Commissioner Buffalini on some administrative communications, city correspondence to departments, the citywide emergency response plan. I hope a huge topic of this one will be the buoy park closure and like we got to get this thing open. I made some posts on the Fairview City page and the Buoy Park page and got kind of nothing. Mr. Dodoro reached out and replied on there that there's not been any plans and he's part of the Parks and Landscape Board so I don't know how much longer it's going to be closed. It makes me feel like all they're doing is waiting for federal money. I know they want to be safe because there's lots of hanging trees in there but we'll see that. there's also a work session for the tpudc stuff and then another one in a couple weeks too so i still have those notes in there with the latest 0126 version of the draft zoning map and codes next town meetings basically uh planning commission is march 10th board of commissioners is tonight and march 5th board of commissioners town hall is april 30th parks and landscape board is March 2nd at 7 p.m. Development code meeting is February 19th tonight. And March 11th is our next around town coffee with no location yet on there, which is normal. The state of Tennessee.

8:22 Well, I think property taxes are going wild. And we're seeing a ton of that in the news. We have even put it in here on Fox 17 of a business owner talking about how his went from $129,000 last year to $600,000. And, you know, Nashville reported a 34% increase in 2020, and now another 26% increase in 2025. And Mount Juliet has 164% increase since last year, and they wanted 400%. The problem that most people are having is, is this not just the tax that's going up, it's the assessed value. And that's how you go from, you know, 129,000 as a business owner downtown to 600,000 within one year because the value of the property. So Williamson County is $1.30 or 1.3 between the city limits and Fairview. So it's the same there. And, you know, I put a chart in there that, you know, I mean, Fairview has the highest property taxes in the county of any city. So I don't know for better or for worse, we'll see that. Despite the constant uproar, Republican lawmakers have moved legislation that could punish local governments for not enforcing federal immigration law and require schools to make a head count of students without legal documentation on House Bill 1711. The Ten Commandments might finally come back to school.

9:49 will posted public schools under legislation passed by the Tennessee House, and that was House Bill 47. So we'll see that. The bills, well, they're definitely busy again. There's a couple things here on the 19th, the Education and Health Subcommittee, which includes the Board of Cosmetology, Home Inspectors, Ophthalmology, Chiropractors, Nurses, and even Scrap Metal Registration Program. Wow, what a spread. I would love to go to one of these meetings one time because we never hear anything on these on the news because I guess they're not exciting, but we know things are happening and things like this are changing our state for better or for worse. And we don't even know. The last meeting on the 19th also has a pile of things related from 10 care and a prevailing wage commission.

10:38 And then on the 23rd next week, there's an update on the state pension plan, which is real interesting. I posted that because basically it has references to two bills. One of them was SB2192 and House Bill 2117. And you know, it says increase employer contribution under the hybrid retirement plan by $29,127 or $197. So I pulled up that bill and it has no summary, no fiscal notes, nothing. The only thing it says is as introduced the employer contribution under this hybrid retirement plan from 5% to 10% current members of the General Assembly who have 10 years credentials in service after July 1 of 2026. So it looks like they're going to increase their contribution by $29,197 for everybody who has been in the Assembly for 10 years and double the contribution from 5% to 10%.

11:34 so uh i guess that's cool for them how's the hill well it's definitely passable it's definitely almost back to normal minus some stuff on the side road still getting there there's still trees down and stuff near the road especially as everyone's waiting for someone to come chip the stuff up from the city and the county i've seen some stuff actually get picked up but we'll see but the weather guessers are guessing uh highs from 33 to 73 over the next week and lows from 19 to 48 with some rain possible on Wednesday and Thursday. Businesses, nothing new spotted. Ace Hardware is getting a lot closer. That parking lot is completely full. It looks like they're actually getting on the interior. They're getting it finished dried in, so we'll see that.

12:19 And other than that, there's the same two properties for sale on Dragstrip Road and La Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. And we saw that other piece of property being sold. We're still waiting to hear what it is across from City Center the new development and the dentist over there Farmer Market Make sure you head to the Farmer Market every Saturday morning 8 a to 12 p at Messick Chiropractic in Fairview Fresh Deli Donuts, located across the road from Publix. There are so many good places to get breads, treats, local beef, pork, fruits, vegetables, along with hot sauce, fishing lures, and all kinds of other things. Our local business highlight this week for Brick and Mortar is Lala's Dance Studio. This is one of our local dance studios in the first hour town.

12:59 I've seen them in parades and events and donations and on the boards at some of the ball fields with their banners and all that. And I see them having recitals and competitions on the regular, which is definitely what you want on as a dance parent. And registration has already been opened and they offer pre-K to 12th grade combo classes. Classes have already started and you can reach out to them. We put their Facebook and their Instagram on there if you need to get in touch with them. to get started job openings well uh we're still at 40 from 31 from the past two weeks so it's basically but it seems like it's been stabilized we haven't seen the number shrink we haven't seen the number grow but basically you still got a police officer position uh every service industry business here every shopping retail almost each every gas station not every parts store other than just O'Reilly's has job openings right now from McDonald's to Domino's to Dollar Tree and General the Boys and Girls Club Subway Hardee's Destination Pet LLC SPEG still need some assemblers so if you have any other job openings make sure you want it read weekly just use the contact form on the website and we'll add it to the list because right now we're just adding these from Indeed and we're putting the location Fairview only so there's not that there history nugget well this is episode 23 and uh you know i figured i had to do this for michael jordan his name is definitely synonymous with the number 23 uh which he chose in high school as roughly half of his

14:31 brother's number 45 he wore 23 throughout his college and most of his nba career except for a brief moment in 1995 when he wore the 45 in honor of his father and significantly new beginning in one game in 1990 when he wore number 12 because of the stolen jersey um so yeah i think it's real funny i never really knew the story of the 23 but basically he was better than his brother larry who won 45 and so he did that and uh then i thought it was it's uh it's interesting and then this also became the reason why we used him on our history nugget and the show number and the title and stuff is because the Daytona 500 was this weekend between shows.

15:14 And he definitely inherited the racing bug from his father who packed everyone into the car in North Carolina on a handful of tracks every year. And it was part of the Jordan family vacations. So decades later, now he's a Daytona 5 winner with Tyler Reddick, was presented the trophy. Reddick was paused in the Basketball Hall of Fame five times. and now his 2311 racing team, a stream of well wishes there. And I mean, if you haven't paid attention, there was also a lot of controversy between the 2311 and front road motorsports between NASCAR right before this. So this is all the dust settled and definitely kind of icing on the cake there for him.

15:57 This lawsuit, you know, consumed more than two years of their time. And this was the ninth trial where, you know, NASCAR relented and settled for the top motorsports series. before it went any further. So it was good that that was wrapped up and even better for them to win. And it was a great race. As always, Daytona 500 is wild. And my boy Cletus McFarlane did a good job in ARCA. He might've done a little bit of lawn mowing in the Craftsman Truck Series, but it's only his first couple of races there as a whole. And I think it's doing great. And it's great for the sport. Upcoming events. Recap. Well, you know, the Fairview Middle School boys basketball team had a lot of support going and coming back from the tournament out in Gatlinburg.

16:44 And there was a lot of people there, too. And it looked really good. And so we can see that, you know, we've got like the CPA concert and a couple other things are coming up in this thing. We got some soccer matches. We got wrestling state matches this weekend on the 22nd. The winter book sale is February 26th through 28th. Um, and the April 28th is the Fairview Titans junior pro first annual four man golf scramble. Um, March 28th is our Easter egg hunt and base second is the arts and crafts fair at Bowie park. Um, which I guess if they don't get it going sometime in March or April, they may have to move that or cancel it or something. We'll have to see.

17:24 It is election season. Uh, so make sure you're paying attention to that when it comes to early voting, uh, April 15th through 30th, July 17th through August 1st, and then October 14th and 29th. That's basically our county primary, our state and county general, and then our federal and state general and municipal elections at the end of the year. So make sure you're keeping track of that because that really makes a big difference for the kids. Well, there's still tons of activities to do here in Fairview to keep your kid engaged. There are some cheer programs, recreation teams for basketball, baseball, football, and many others. There's a thriving Girl Scouts and Scouts BSA program. If you have a homeschooler, always check out Bowie Park schedule for the clubs and things that meet there. If you have kids that are interested in dance, gymnastics, or cheer, please check out Lala's dance studio, elevate gymnastics, and cheer. Vigilance Martial Arts is our local taekwondo and jiu-jitsu school that teaches way more than just moves. The Fairview Jacket Youth Wrestling program is also a great one to get into, and it has some summer care options.

18:24 and they've made a lot of state champions out of that program. School news. Well, it was a short week this week with President's Day on Monday and everyone is pretty much just waiting for March 9th through 13th, which is our spring break. And then April 3rd is Good Friday, which they just call spring holiday, but we know what it is. It's Good Friday. Hawk and Tiger news. No new news since, you know, I guess for months really. It's been tough to try to get anything from there. Falcon news. The newsletter was early this week, and basically the boys basketball team, like we mentioned before, is fourth in the state. Congratulations. On the 19th today, we've got boys soccer away game at Harpeth at 5 p.m.

19:05 The eighth grade school registration starts today, so you'll start having your students meet with counselors. The pre-CPA concert is at 630 tonight at the High School Performing Arts Center. It's free. Come out and support our eighth grade band and orchestra, and obviously the high school band. We covered that last week. Um, there's still some zoom webinars that are coming that are related to anxiety and vaping. So definitely make sure you check those out. And, uh, we have the high school cheerleading tryouts that are coming up. Oh, and, uh, oh, congratulations to the students. Um, two students from each grade who were selected, uh, to, for the first art Williamson County super attendance art show, uh, from March 7th through 22nd.

The high school cheerleading tryouts begin will be from March 2nd to 6th from 315 to 515 at the high school gym with a sign up form for you to go find. February 20th is our spring picture day. March 5th is the makeup picture day. eighth grader course selection just like i said started on february 19th it goes through march 5th the high school councils are going to come meet everybody and if you have the iep then all that's taken already care of already the art club still needs some pottery for some mosaic projects they're working on um and you'll see that kind of go in there and i already have the stuff on that cpa concert with the jazz band and the orchestra and all that jack and news no newsletter this week uh They, you know, last time I had thanked all the volunteers.

20:48 The 2026 prom is April 18th. Tickets are 90 bucks. You must be a junior or senior to purchase them. 217 is a spring picture day, which was this week. And your books need to be purchased before April 3rd. So you'll see that. The FCCLA care closet is up and working. That was featured on the latest episode of The Hive. If you ever want to look at that, just go to YouTube and type in Fairview the Hive and you'll be able to see these videos that they make. They're really, really good. They do a great job. May 21st is our last day of school. And so that's kind of the everyone's marching towards that. We've got tests and all those things there. The Fairview Recreation Association still needs some umpires.

21:30 They have information meetings. They have one this week. The last one at February 21st at 1 p.m. at the Fairview Ballpark. They have signs up at the Lions Club entrance there. applications to the innovation center and the entrepreneurship center are still open and a couple of those are wrapping up so make sure you are done with all that and we will see all that kind of wrap up in the next little bit and if obviously if you have a student doing their thing make sure that in their driving make sure they get their parking pass and all that good stuff there faith moment this week i heard about this sermon from another podcast of a podcast called We Get to Do This featuring Adam Curry and Pastor Jimmy Pruitt from the Bridge Church in Fredericksburg, Texas. They meet every Wednesday to talk about life, the Lord, current events, cultural things that are bubbling up that week. They always have some of the best one-liners.

22:25 I wish I could just make a faith moment with some of those. But they mentioned, Adam mentioned that he loved this sermon and it was one that I must have missed somehow. It may have been when I was camping or something. It was a two-parter. And this is just a part of the first part, but both of the links are in the show notes. I trimmed them down. The first sermon is over 50 minutes of goodness in each of these. So make sure it's called delay your destiny, which looks at when you ask God for something and it doesn't happen instantly. And many of us think that that's denial, but most things, marination and persistence are key. So definitely take a listen. I remember when we got word that one of our granddaughters had, this girl was a songbird.

23:11 She loved Jesus. She was active in church, grew up in youth group. She grew up in Southern California. And we found out she was going for a theater degree at UC Irvine in Southern California. Well, we've been in California. We spent time. We lived there at one point. So we knew the theater department at UC Irvine, that's a perfect storm. It's interesting, Pastor Votie Beecham, before he passed away, he said, if you send your children off to Babylon, don't be surprised when they come back speaking the language of the Babylonians. Don't be surprised if they come back as a Babylonian. So she went to school.

23:51 We were all proud of her and all that, a little concerned, but she went. And guess what happened while she was in the theater department at UC Irvine? she decided that she was gay. And we're like, this is a girl who stood up on a Wednesday night in Nashville, Tennessee at our church, interrupted our senior pastor to sing a song. We even were going, what is she doing? She stood up and she began to sing a song. And it was a song of worship and it was captivating and it was beautiful that this young girl had the courage to feel the prompting of the Holy Spirit to stand up and sing over the congregation.

24:31 The pastor was moved. He was in tears. And I remember him saying, there is something special on this lady. And not four or five years later, she was deciding she was no longer attracted to men, but she would be attracted to women. Do you think that granny and granddad didn't start praying? We went to our knees, and you know what happened? Nothing. For a long time Why Because the seed was planted We could see in our mind eye the harvest but the time just kept passing and passing and passing So much that there were times I forgot to pray There were times I got my mind occupied with other things and didn't. And Annette would mention, oh, I prayed, I prayed. Oh yeah, I need to pray too. We'd remind each other.

25:23 And how many years passed? It was years, several years. and then we got word one day that she has a boyfriend and they're engaged. Now listen, I only tell you that because this was our crisis point where we saw a girl who was so in love with Jesus just walk away from it all. And we saw God do something, but it also taught us the power of persistence and standing and believing for our granddaughter. John 11, 6, listen to this. God's delays are not denials. Yet when he heard, this is Jesus, when he heard that Lazarus was sick, when he heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed where he was two more days. Do you hear that? When he heard, he just stayed.

26:21 He didn't go. Like we said earlier, he did not take off. He didn't go after him. He delayed. Jesus waited on purpose. Why? Well, the delay was intentional. He waited on purpose. Again, I can't even imagine how the disciples felt all around him. What feels like God's silence is often his strategy. In other words, another way to say that is God is up to something. God is working on something. We used to say the check's in the mail. He is working on something. There's something happening and we don't even know it. God uses waiting seasons to deepen our faith and shape our hearts.

27:04 And when it feels like he's waiting, he's working. You know, we have two ovens in our house. One's electric, one's gas. But you know what? They both have to be preheated. You can't just go in there, throw a frozen whatever turkey in there and just turn it on and walk away and think it's going to be good when it gets over. Or if you're baking, for example, and I don't love baking, but I do love licking the bowl. Amen, brothers? So I'll fight somebody to lick the bowl. And so when you preheat an oven and when you're baking, you have to follow the protocol, right? You have to follow the recipe. You have to follow the directions.

27:46 And those of us who haven't, which would be me, growing up as a latchkey kid, I messed up lots of stuff, surprised I didn't set the house on fire a few times. But being alone and unsupervised, I would try things, and they rarely worked. But I could make a mean Tony's pizza, I'm just saying. Frozen pizza, I knew how to do that. But when you heat up, you hit preheat, 375, and then you wait until it preheats before you actually put something in it. But how much faith does it take for you to have to know that when you turn it on, it's going to be there in just a little bit? Well, you don't have any doubt, unless you've had one of our stoves.

28:26 But you don't have any doubt that that's going to work. You set it at 375, you hit preheat, and you wait for the buzzer. You wait for the ding. You wait for the indicator, whatever it might be. But you know when you set it and you walk away that something is going to work. You may not know the inner workings of a stove, an oven. You don't know how it all happens. The gas is different than the electric, but something gets set into motion when you set it on preheat, and it's going to get up to that temperature eventually. And you don't doubt it. You just wait for it to happen. You set this temperature right here on this thermostat. I can't read it from here. What is it, 68? It feels good up here right now.

29:07 It was hot in the first service. It was 72, and I was burning up. But you set that thermostat at 64 degrees, And you know at some point it's going to be 64 degrees. But what has to happen? The system has to go to work. And if you're sitting right here, you'll hear it go to work right there because that's where that main unit is. And you'll hear it come on, and it's beginning to bring the temperature down to that desired degree. This is how prayer and faith work. You set the oven at 375. You set the thermostat for the system at 68, 65, whatever you set it at, and it's going to go to work. Now listen, when it feels like he's waiting, he's working.

29:51 Jesus understood when he got the word that something was going to happen. He knew that when he got there, something was going to happen, and it wasn't going to be a healing. It was going to be a resurrection. Now listen to this. Exodus 14, 14. The Lord will fight for you. You need only to be still. In other words, you need only to wait. I don't, do we have any people that are really good at waiting? Really good at it? So I live out on 87 towards comfort. There's a few stretches of road there where it gets down to two lanes and there's four and then two. And the Lord's sense of humor with me by trying to teach me patience is to have the same farmer and the same pickup leave his house at exactly the same time I leave mine so that when I'm driving 71 miles an hour-ish and he's going 51, the Lord makes sure I get right behind him every time.

30:51 I don't know how that happens. It's a miracle. It's miraculous. I don't do well with waiting sometimes. I throw a bag of popcorn in the microwave. It should be ready right away. But no, three and a half to four minutes I have to wait. We've been so conditioned to not wait for anything. We've been so conditioned to not be patient. And he says that we're to wait. We're to be still because the Lord will fight for us. At some point, we have to trust him and we have to trust that the system that he has devised, He has set emotion. And we talk about the word, the Bible.

31:31 The word works, but you have to work the word. We read the Bible, but we need to let the Bible read us. The system works, but you have to trust the designer of the system. Amen? So when it feels like he's waiting, he's working. Number two, God's timing reveals his glory. This is what he, listen to this in John 11, 4. When he heard this, this is Jesus speaking, Jesus said, this sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory so that God's son may be glorified through it. In other words, there was a much bigger purpose than just representing Lazarus back to Mary and to Martha.

32:18 There was much more going on. Jesus didn't just want to heal Lazarus. He wanted to resurrect him. He had a much bigger thing in mind. sometimes God lets things die so he can show his resurrection power but could it be that there's a well back there somewhere maybe it was a calling that you sensed you had you know how many people I've met in 43 years of doing ministry who when I meet them and talk to them they go oh I went to seminary too I'm like oh that's awesome what are you doing now I sell cars why did you go to seminary well i felt called called to be in the ministry then why are you selling car i mean i you know it's simple math for me i'm a simple man i've met people through the years that have gone to bible school gone to college they've gone to study for ministry and something didn't go well and that well got cluttered again and covered over and they got distracted by having a job that paid real money and and they were actually able to make a living, you know, instead of youth ministry, no, no knock on youth ministry, but you know, they, they, they were able to do better. And so they ended up getting distracted by that. What about you? I bet there are callings and mantles laying around this worship center right now. And they look like you people that have been called to ministry, but life happened. Things got distracting and you found yourself doing other

33:52 things. And then three decades roll by. Could it be that God would have you open and uncover one of those wells? Our timing seeks relief. God's timing reveals his glory. Here's the truth. The delay, which is a setback, sets the stage for a display, which is a comeback. I heard Tim's story say this many years ago, and I've repeated it a thousand times, that your setback is a setup for a God kind of comeback. But here's the problem. We get tripped up in the setback. We don't quite see the setup for the comeback, so we get discouraged and we grow weary and we get tired. But it is actually set up for a God kind of comeback that will give God glory. Isaiah 55, eight for my thoughts are not your thoughts. Neither are your ways. My ways declares the Lord. Have you ever thought about that?

34:47 That it could be that God knows more and better than us. God does not always work according to my logic. Am I the human only human here? I mean, he does things. I'm like, I would never have done it that way. Well, that's because I'm not God, right? Or I would have never thought it would happen that way. But God thinks different. He thinks outside of time. I couldn't even see number three. Why? Because there was something working under the surface. I couldn't see it. I didn't even feel it. It's just every time I did a little hop in the surf, I would move a foot and I didn't even know it. Why? Listen, God is working, always working behind the scenes, always working behind the curtain, always working behind the veil, always working on the other side where you can't see.

When we move the stone, what does that stone represent? Could be our fear, It could be our doubt or unbelief. It could be our pride. It could be our lack of persistence, our reticence to step out. What is that stone for you? Jesus said, roll away the stone. What? It's the stone that was hiding. It was a stone that was covering up. It was a stone that wouldn't allow Lazarus, even if he woke up, even if he was resurrected, he couldn't have gotten out.

I knew who the clockmaker was. I know who promised me a destiny.

They had a living area down there. It was a really cool guest place down there, space, and we stayed with them for a while. I probably wrote a couple hundred resumes down there as well. My goodness, I wrote resumes in everybody's basement. It's the weirdest thing ever, right? I wrote over 500 resumes, and the only reason I know it because I gave up counting, Annette didn't. 48:26 Some of you could probably call it instantly because you may be in it right now. Could it be that God's calling you to get in a community of people that can help you roll the stone away? And that can help you unwrap and loosen the grave clothes and come to life? How could this season of waiting be part of his preparation? For us, it was our boot camp. In some ways, ministry had come very easy for me in the early days. I remember my pastor in California praying for hardship for me. Boy, you don't want your pastor praying that for you. He did that in front of 600 people. And he's like, yeah, Pastor, Lord Jesus, as we pray for Jimmy and Annette, as they go back to Texas, Lord, just don't make it easy for them.
